We have Successfully completed a number of Approved Residential Layouts with a wide range of amenities like Tar roads, Children Play Park, Overhead Tanks with individual water connection to each site, underground electricity supply with street lights and Underground sewerage system. The maintenance of which, is now handed over by our company to the respective Site Owners Association.

Japhia Constructions anchored its foundation in the year 2012 in the field of Construction. From its inception, Japhia Constructions has been focussing on providing total solutions to clients in constructing their dream projects. We have successfully completed and handed over a number of Turnkey projects, thus building the trust in the hearts of our valuable Clients.
